Indian coffee - Caffe 'Indian

Spices are one the most important thing in my kitchen. I would use them in every of my dishes, but it's not always possible. But an Indian coffee , it's a gift only for me ! A spiced coffee that can be tasted hot or cold it depends on the season. Easy and quick to make.
Ingredient for 4 cups
2 cups of milk
2 cups of water
4 teaspoons of sugar
4 teaspoons of grinded coffee
cardamome to taste
Put water and milk in a pot and bring to boil then add sugar , coffee and cardamome and let it boil again for 2 minutes. Filter the coffee and drink hot or cold.


Italian version - Versione Italiana

In a saucepan bring water and milk and bring to a boil, then add sugar, coffee 'and caramomo and boil for 2 minutes. Strain the coffee 'and drink hot or cold.
