Yogurt-cocoa cake
For 6 persons
2 cups of greek yogurt
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder unsweetened
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 teaspoons of vanilla essence
2 teaspoons of baking powder
sugar grains for decoration

Mix well with a blender the eggs and sugar, then add oil,yogurt,flour,vanilla,cocoa,and baking powder. Then put all in a greased pan and sprinkle with sugar grains. Bake in the preheat oven
at 325 C for 50 minutes.

measures a jar of yogurt sugar
3 measurements of a jar 00
yogurt flour 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa plump
a measure of a yoghurt pot of oil (mine was virgin oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract liquid
1 packet of yeast
granulated sugar to decorate
I put the eggs in a bowl with the sugar and the electrical Ruste I have worked to the ribbon, I added in the order: oil, yogurt, flour, vanilla, cocoa, baking powder, and finally, I poured the mixture into a greased and floured round baking pan and I sprinkled the grain sugar, I went in the oven at 170 for 50 minutes. Try always stick before turning off the oven.
